The building’s scale is visually reduced through a design approach that presents the building as two distinct wings with an elegant central connection. While the overall architecture is cohesive, the façade is varied and modulated to present a unique and varied face depending on the viewer’s proximity and vantage point. Assisted care suites and independent living units are seamlessly integrated visually while maintaining operational separation through the provision of separate internal access and external living space for the two groups.
