Adapting to Auckland’s housing crisis, our team have worked alongside Re-imagine, LandSMART and our clients Changda International Development to create a complete master plan for the 9.2ha site. A prominent location in the heart of Manukau offers proximity to SH1, the Vodafone Events Centre and the national walkway – encouraging pedestrian connectivity is a vital contribution of the development.

While continuing to develop the overall master plan and urban environment, our team has also designed and consented various buildings within the scheme, and will see some of these through to construction.
