A bold statement on a black and grey street, this building is the exemplar of fit-for-purpose. The overall design is strong yet simple, and not too ostentatious for its role with Radcliffe Electrical. A seamless process with contractors and great communication with the client and council helped us to effectively negotiate the new areas of post earthquake legislation and implement unique structural solutions for a quake proof building.
